I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, in practice since 2011. I am fully accredited by the IACP and abide by their Code of Ethics.

My initial training was in person-centred and humanistic therapy. I have subsequently developed my interest in the importance of the early relationships and attachment experiences to the adults we become and the challenges we face.

Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of adults, across all age ranges, genders and backgrounds.

I understand that the idea of coming to therapy for the first time can feel intimidating. I am fully committed to providing a safe, welcoming space to explore whatever dilemma brings the person into the therapy room and recognise the importance of developing a trusting relationship between us to allow the the work to take place.

I work from a Dublin 1 location from Monday to Wednesday. I have morning, afternoon and evening spaces. On Fridays, I provide online therapy.

My fees are €70 for in-person sessions and €60 for online work. I provide receipts for all my work and many health insurance companies now provide for counselling in their plans.

If you are interested in working with me, please feel free to make contact.
